Post Covid19

December 31, 2020 11:40am CST
The Covid 19 pandemic has made me realize just how much dirt and germs we expose ourselves to when we do not wash our hands or protect our respiratory system by wearing masks. I now cannot see my self living without a mask or constantly washing my hands in public areas even if a cure or vaccine for the virus is found. Do you plan to continue wearing your mask and sanitize your hands even when a cure or vaccine is found or will you stop following the Covid protocols set out in your area?

I won't go on using a face mask when the pandemic has ended. Mankind wouldn't have survived for so long if we weren't immune against most germs and bacteria.

I agree. In fact, not allowing ourselves to be exposed to germs or dirt can cause a weak immune system. I think if these mask mandates and constant hand sanitizing continue, we could very well end up with a bunch of people who can't handle a simple cold.

@FionaRubi I read here in our news online that even if one gets the vaccine we will still have to wear masks. Welcome to My Lot.

@FionaRubi You are welcome, but, it is not the country, it is the people inside the country to do right by others and not all do.

Thank you. Yes, I think many countries will opt to keep the protocols with or without the threat of a virus.

I carried hand sanitizer in my bag before the pandemic started, and I will continue to do that in the future. At home I wash my hands, but I can't always do that when I am away from my home. I also carry gloves in my bag.

We have noticed with our better sanitation policies we have been ill much less this year, and, so far, protected ourselves from COVID

I have noticed that too. We are definitely not giving other disease causing germs a chance to make us ill.

To be honest I am not entirely sure what the protocols even are in Adelaide at the moment.
