I enjoy drinking flavored and herbal teas. I was in the market for some new ones to try while I went grocery shopping yesterday afternoon. I picked up a couple more that I have not tried yet. Yesterday I decided to have a cup of the Pukka Organic Elderberry & Echinacea herbal flavored. Not only is it filled with antioxidants and other health benefits; it was actually a really delicious cup of tea. Plus... My body felt really good after I drank a pretty large cup of it...

Are these herbal teas expensive?

Depends if they have them on sale. This box of 20 cost me $4.59. The other post I did for a box of 16 cost me $3.50. To me they are well worth the price for the health benefits you get from them.

@JimBo452020 They are going to be more expensive. It costs the manufactures a lot more to extract and produce these herbs, then with the basic cheap tea most people drink. But as mentioned... The benefits to me outweigh the costs.

Glad you found teas you are enjoying. I like the plain black tea with honey and cream. Fresh mint if I have it as well.

Mint is the one thing I can not stand. Now many of these teas have a hint of mint in it; but you really can't taste it, or I would not drink it. My favorite black tea is English Breakfast. I just love that tea.

@CarolDM I know... But I don't even like fresh mint either. It is just not a flavor I enjoy. I avoid it as much as possible. And yes... We all are different. Because you like it, and I don't...doesn't make it bad. I just makes it different.

@teresatrotter I am talking about fresh mint. I grow it for my cats and use it in my hot tea. My grandmother always picked it wild growing up. We are all different.

How interesting. I'm just using local black tea for the family.
