Good Morning, Sunday

I have the group Casting Crowns playing their album of Hymns on my Amazon Music while I am waking up for the day. I have had a cup of coffee and the last bit of the banana bread.
Next on my "to do" is to do my PT stretches, then get dressed. I am worship leader at church this morning, leading songs, reading scripture. It will be live feed on FB as well. Makes me self conscious of my looks.
When I lived in McPherson our services were all on radio.
I probably still have more dishes to clean up. My back and leg hurt too much last night. I have been slacking off on my stretches.
The cats are outdoors already, so it would be a good time to get in the floor and exercise.

And I know people do not tune in to see me, but to participate in worship. I have seen the video. I look like a red headed version of my mother.

@wolfgirl569 It is what it is. She aged really well. My daughter has commented in the past that I look like my brother, only without a beard. I do not like to see myself on camera, or hear me on a recording.

I hope your leg and back is feeling a little better this evening. I am sure you are a great worship leader, we watched the mass on TV this morning at 9:30.

It is great to be able to "go to church" on TV or online. They live stream our Sunday worship. My back and leg could have used more Physical Therapy, but with our situation at school and with me not having a car in town it was too complicated. When summer comes I will give it a real serious go again if I am still hurting. I can make it stop hurting by exercising more.

We have a DJ who says he has a face for radio. Things were easier when it was just radio and not the added problem of the cameras!

Oh they do and I need to make them a priority. I also have to avoid sitting in certain chairs at school, it seems.
