It is that time of year here in the south Mr. Heat Pump don't know what to think As his switch from heat to off or to cool Is changing depending on the time of day. In the dark hours of the night temps often fall To where someone will get up and sneak on the heat Then morning comes and first one getting up Often will come and put the switch on off But then Mr. Sun will come out with a laugh Bright and beautiful quickly warming the land And once again the switch will go to cool Till late in the evening after the sun's gone to bed. But take heart Mr. Heat Pump as this season is short For in less than about a month the switch will stay Off for a little over a month when it will be switch to cool And no rest for you till Octobers first cool day comes.

It's that time of year when you don't know what the temp will be like and you need to switch on the heat or the cool. Our temps are going up this week. We'll see the 50s and a day of 60. Crazy here when winter isn't over yet.

It is like that every winter as the temps never stay constant for more than a day or two.

Except on the super coldest of nights, I've kept my windows open. I love the cool fresh air at night when I sleep. It won't be long before my AC will be running constantly, so I need to enjoy these cooler temps while I can.

I have a heat pump, too. I love the gizmo. It's not time to switch to A/C for me yet.

It’s way too soon to flick off our heat here. Our a/c has been running in Florida the entire time we’ve been up north.

I used to live east of you just outside of Jacksonville, and kept the air conditioner on 24/7/365. The humidity even makes 35°F feel too hot for me down there.
