It has been a long time that I am hearing this expression in my country. They always say 'Sana All' (I hope all). It is a phrase that can be used to hope for something or someone to all. I am sure that in every country, people are using expressions or phrases in their daily lives. Now, I am going to use it. 'I hope all will have their wishes come true.' that line can mean something too, it is shady envy or jealousy, i took notice on some posts on fb :(

You have a point. Some dark souls use it for personal gains. These people cannot have their wishes because of greediness. If they do, bad karma is always the endpoint of being one.

At some point, we need to hope for good intentions. Greediness is not the answer to everything in people's lives.
