LOL - Yeah... I had planned on having it today, but time got away from me. So I decided to put it in a slow cooker, instead of putting it in the oven. It will be nice and tender as it simmers all night. What's on the menu for tomorrow... *Pork Rib Roast *Organic Honey Gold Baby Potatoes *Fresh onions *Organic carrots (diced) *Fresh organic mushrooms (diced) In a beef stock with various spices. Pics to follow tomorrow... As for tonight... I had to settle for a ham and gouda cheese sandwich.
