Hello fellow mylotters 
Just four of clock in my side of the planet and currently I’m full from my snack this afternoon. Aside from the peanut butter sandwich, I also had the whole intake of coconut meat and water from the young coconut you see in the photo. Coconut is abundant in our place and it has many uses from simple refreshment to yummy desserts. For me, it’s always the water that I like and because it’s very affordable and healthy, it won’t cost me much from my pocket to my health.

Wow! That's good for you, I love buying buko shake - at SM North somewhere in Q.C. if you are not from Manila.
The Buko shake is so yummy and refreshing but sometimes some shredded coconut meat stuck on my throath and it itchy lol!
