I know I have read this here at mylot. That writing about who are you thankful for and why is very effective when it comes to self-improvement when it comes to socializing with others. These past few months, I think it started when I was in 1st-year college in my previous school, I started to write about what I am thankful of... Now, I realized that I became more appreciative. Even little things can make my heart flutter. Have you ever tried writing or listing people who are you thankful for and the things they did for you?

I'm thankful to COVID -19 for infecting my family! It made us strong and resilient and it showed us who our real friends are.

This is what I like about Filipinos. They always take challenges in a positive way. Good to hear this and I hope that you're okay na po and your family.

I am always thankful to my parents, ancestors and educators for shaping my being, thinking and how I see and learn things. Well, independent study also comes into consideration at certain periods. I always say a little prayer for these special people whom have shaped our lives in one way or another.

I don't have to write a list. I know this by heart.
