or soil really. I can hear them digging a few meters away. It's almost 11 now so they think everyone's asleep probably. unfortunately this is a common occurrence and no one really cares, since the owner is far away.

Really not fond of this neighborhood.

Probably sell it to people that's building something or use it themselves. Some would steal sand as well.

Somebody might be treasure hunting! I know it sounds funny to our foreign friends but a lot of Filipinos are still obsessed with finding the lost treasures of Yamashita so it's not uncommon for people to be digging because of some map they have or some information that was passed on to them.
