I was sitting here thinking about some of the fun earrings I used to own. I tried a while back to find them, and could not. Well... Tonight was my lucky night. I found like 8 pairs on eBay. And all but one were brand new still in the box. The likelihood of this happening is rare...since these earrings were from the 70's and 80's. Every seller had 100% positive feedback, so I felt good about purchasing from them. Three of the sellers allowed me to make an offer, so I did... I heard back immediately from two...and they accepted my offer. Most of the time you have to go back and forth with the pricing. Not this time. I gave them a very fair offer, and they accepted. Since I am uncertain when the last one will respond, I decided to get the five I knew I wanted. One pair came with a matching brooch. That pair is so unique, it is nearly impossible to find that set...yet tonight I did. One purchase came with two pairs. I really did not like the other pair, but in order to get the one I really, really, really wanted...I had to get both. But at least this was one of the sellers that allowed me to make an offer. Two others that I found I liked and wore them in the past; but with my lifestyle now...I just could not see myself just purchasing them so I could have them sit in my jewelry box. So I passed.
