Shabbat

In my religion there is a day that call Shabbat (Saturday) In this day we are not touching our phone not driving our car and just resting and preying for god :) Do you had day like this in your religion/cultur? The photo I take

No we don`t have the same exactly but we have a resting day and that is on Sunday
