Hash browns could stand for a snack but if you crave for a combo, it's good with sausages and omelets.

I enjoy eating hash browns with eggs, bacon and sausage. Suddenly, I have a craving for breakfast, even thought it is 9 in the evening.

Well, we do sometimes have Potato vegetables in Gravy but not in the hash brown form.

I do and all I do to make them is to shred them on the big holes of the cheese grater.
I sometimes add spring onions or just onions to them and sometimes even cheese.

I like any kind of potatoes, just as long as there's no onions in them. Ocean Tiara's suggestion was good. I might eat mine with a little bit of sour cream.
