My Country's Status: Scary?!?

I checked the current status of my country with covid cases. Honestly, I do not want to know this fact. I am blaming my friend who sent this. It seems the vaccines are not kicking the effects yet. I hope things will be fine soon. How about in your country? Any changes?

I would always look at the number of recoveries and I hope it's accurate.

I really do not know, I am to scared to look at real numbers, but they are touting vaccine here in regards how many already have at least one shot. 200 million people and in a pretty short time. hopefully they get it out to whole world as quick as possible because its not over until everyone can get the immunity shots.

I hope they can give more donations for vaccines and not from China, Or, pharmaceutical companies can share the way how tp produce them around the globe. So that it will not be pricey.

So far we are still back to lockdown again I think it is not about the vaccine because I think there are still a lot of people who don`t get vaccinated. Like here. Vaccines are not yet available for everybody.

I agree. I think they need to do fast in administering the vaccines. The effect cannot be seen fr now because they had started the vaccine early this month. I am sorry that it is lockdown there again.

Second/third wave has hit many nations and it's deadlier and scarier than first one because of all new mutants with more varied symptoms and high rate of infection. We all need to take precautions and stay safe. Experts feel that it will be couple of years more with few more waves. More vaccination has to be done at a warfront

The last time I read about it that the new normal life will be in 2023. By that time, I am hopeful that the vaccines are better than now.

Looking at the daily cases, it is alarming. But the number of recoveries are far way better than that of the active cases.

@Shavkat Sorry about all the cases. Here it looks like things are opening up and cases are down. Also we do not have to wear masks in public and only inside. I wear mine because I have no idea who is ok and who is not.

It is the other way around here. We still use the face masks and shield outside. I still anticipate that the cases will be decreased after administering the vaccines in my country.

India has been badly hit by the second wave. Numbers of cases scares everyone alike. I just pray amd hope that things get to normal soon. Because with this large and dense population, amd with increasing numbers, only prayers can do miracles

@Shavkat Manufacturing vaccines is one thing but giving vaccines to this much big population can take a long year. And I read that the vaccine is effective for 6 months so far
