Update: My Cousin Recuperated

Good news! My coast guard cousin recuperated from having this coronavirus. Now, she resumes working. I learned this piece of good news from my younger sister this afternoon. I assumed that she got antibodies for this virus.
Am I right with this notion?

We do make antibodies post recovery but they last very short for 90_120 days. That's why herd immunity is a myth so far. People are getting multiple infections.

When my daughter had COVID, the doctor put her on antibiotics to help her get better. I'm glad your cousin has recuperated, this is wonderful news!
