Good news! My coast guard cousin recuperated from having this coronavirus. Now, she resumes working. I learned this piece of good news from my younger sister this afternoon. I assumed that she got antibodies for this virus. Am I right with this notion? Image Credit: i.pinimg.com

We do make antibodies post recovery but they last very short for 90_120 days. That's why herd immunity is a myth so far. People are getting multiple infections. Glad that she has recovered from this virus

It seems that she still needs to have these vaccines to withstand this killer virus. I am glad that she recuperated after more than two weeks.

@arunima25 I hope I can have them, too. Unfortunately, I am not on the priority list.

@Shavkat Yes, everyone needs vaccines. Multiple infections bust the myth of herd immunity.

When my daughter had COVID, the doctor put her on antibiotics to help her get better. I'm glad your cousin has recuperated, this is wonderful news!

I also anticipated that she will be vaccinated since she is a frontliner, too. I assumed she gone the same treatment.

@Shavkat Yes, being a frontline worker, they need to be doubly protected!

That's a good news. I think we have more recoveries daily compare to infection. I hope it's consistent and hopefully the infection will be very minimal if not zero.
