What Defines Intelligence?

I personally believe that grades do not actually define someone’s intelligence. We are all facing the advance of technology when cheating becomes a normal part. There are some cases that students score high in a test because they cheat in the exams, in their homework, researches and even projects. It is sad to note that students now a days just study to get a mark or some even just comply with the teachers’ requirements. Good grades do not define one’s intelligence. Remember how other geniuses like Einstein who failed in all other subjects except Physics and math? This is in no way defining how dumb he was! History could attest to that with all his contributions to the world. We have what we call multiple intelligences which mean that there are people who are good in oral speaking while others do miracle in written exams. Though grades are still the basis whether to pass on the level or any type of examinations, there is no assurance that it can define one’s measure of intelligence. have a nice Friday! Intelligence to me is to regard and respect another person. Many do not have this capacity.

For most of us, Intelligence is vary when we are baby or childhood. For example, Name A is smarter than Name B as A can understand things quicklier. But it will change when grow up. Maybe B is more knowlegable and intelligent than A as B is willing to reading and study. So what is intelligence?

You are right, plenty of people who never have any qualifications yet, very smart/intelligent in their field.
