Fantastic Morning Today

As usual I wake up today early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. I went for exercise with my wife in the nearest park. When we came back home. So we went to our balcony to enjoy the blowing winds.
Then I saw a rising beautiful sun, that was looking too amazing.

I am glad to know that you are interested to wake-up early.
I fully believe that waking up early is good for health.
As I know sleeping 6 hours is essential for us. So I plan according to that.
For me I sleep at 11p.m. in the night and getup at 5a.m. in the morning.
Ofcourse it is not tight schedule but you have to maintain the continuity.
I setup the alarm on my phone to getup early on time.
I getup early to do morning walk and yoga. I am doing it from almost 1 year.
If you are really seriously about it, then you can do it without any doubt.
I know, it is hard to wake-up early but if you are passionate about any thing then it will help you to wake-up early.

Should have worked out at home instead of going out.
You do no whats the status of covid in India right.
You could have picked it up anywhere.
It's better to stay inside, stay safe.
Just a suggestion.
