Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
Today, I had a heavy breakfast because I don`t plan of having lunch 
I only have breakfast like this sometimes because my husband don`t like too much but I love it.
It is easy just fry some corned beef with garlic and onion and eat it with egg just like in the photo. It is really nice. I like the combination.
How about you my dear mylotters? Do you like corned beef with egg?
How do you like your corned beef cooked? What did you have for breakfast or lunch or dinner?

I like how it is decorated on the plate.
Just few minutes ago, I cooked one egg on the pan without whisking it so it looked like the one on the photo but I flipped it so it could fry both sides and the Yoke cooked the same way as the Yoke of a boiled egg. I don't understand why whites like uncooked yoke

My siz and I were watching a DIY video of eggs. And all the yokes were uncooked because you could see the yellow part flowing. And she wondered why white people like it that way. I would tell her maybe it was delicious that way

Nope I don’t like corn beef and eggs together. I do like corn beef and cabbage. When I do eggs it’s more like toast. Today I kind of much do on burritos like a breakfast burrito.

Gosh! I miss burritos. Here Döner Kebab is popular than burritos. Then only burritos I know here is inside a mall and I don`t go there anymore. They don`t have delivery services

You're a Filipino mam right? This is a very typical Filipino breakfast. We also used corned beef as a filling in pandesal(Filipino Bread). I'll take a bath and eat breakfast in the company's canteen and i'll definite have that also.

I think not only for Filipinos. There are Americans and Germans who eat it for breakfast but not with rice with bread Thank you
