Paypal transfer failed

I have transfered money from paypal to my local bank. After two days, an email came out that the money transfer failed. confuses me because it's my first time using it. hmm, any suggestions?

Please read the guide for your country. PayPal has terms and conditions different for different countries. I was also in the starting not able to receive money on my Paypal account. I read it and I had to upload my bank statement on it. It then verified it and then only I could add my local bank account details to my PayPal account. It was a little lengthy process.

some of my friends had the same problem a few months ago, and it still seems like it is today. try to make transactions via the application, many of my friends were successful when trying to transfer via the application.

@Emasburinong I mean, maybe you have to access paypal from the application, not through the website. because a few months ago many of my friends could not transfer money from paypal which was accessed through the website. but when they tried it through the new paypal application it worked.

what kind of application do you mean? like Dana or GoPay?

That is strange. Since I did so a month ago and everything went well. I suppose you already verified your bank account with Paypal?

I just connected my paypal account with a local bank, haven't verified it with a credit card.

@Emasburinong I remember my Paypal account is verified with both credit card. Perhaps this is the reason? You can contact Paypal to figure out what's wrong.

You can try again. Make sure your routing number and account numbers are correct.

Contact customer care paypal they will confirm the reason of the same.
