I think my sisters air conditioner is going out in her car

I was recently in my sisters car and I think her air conditioner is going out. It is not blowing cold air like it should. I feel miserable when I’m in her car. My car needs to be fixed and I need to take it to the auto mechanic. But I honestly cannot be in a car without air conditioner in this Vegas heat. It’s just too much. If she doesn’t get it fixed I am staying home until she gets it fixed because I am not going to be out in that heat without an air conditioner. It is pure torture. There is no way I would do that in my life.
