I can still feel the effects

Maybe I should have done some warm ups before going to the mall last Saturday. I went with my friend to buy some stuff I needed for work and spent about 7 hours walking inside the mall. Now my arms and legs still hurt a bit. I only feel it when I am walking though, so I guess i better stay put more.

7 hours!!!!! Its too much...you almost shopped as if you are on a work shift??. Such long hours will definitely hurt your legs
