I think you can learn new stuff or pick up new skills during with the spare time. There's plenty of online tutorials and videos for learning stuff like video editing, languages, programming, etc.

You can spend time doing your hobbies such as creating art, making music, and crafts. Gardening would be a good experience for you.

You can do some physical activity. Make a routine first as it helps a lot. After that you can pursue your hobby or learn stuff. Can listen to music etc

As for me I keep busy with TV of course but while watching it I crochet, knit, cross-stitch or tat so I do whatever I can to keep my hands busy. As for my head, just working with my hands is a job by itself so I have not had any problems during this lockdown...

Watch TV (but not the news!) Watch DVD's and listen to CD's. Read. Do MyLot (maybe this should have been the first suggestion!) Start a new hobby. (Painting, making cards and making earrings like I do or something else.) Maybe woodworking, or DIY. Gardening. Cooking. Maybe decorate the house or do a spring clean. Go for a walk (if you're aloud). DeClutter. Housework. Generally keep busy. Learn a new language (I'm trying to learn Welsh.) Watch YouTube videos. Can you think of anything else?

I do a bit of buying and selling online in my spare time, so I can always find something to do. Ebay and Etsy are my main outlets, although I also sometimes sell on Amazon and Ebid. I started out by selling old magazines that were starting to clutter my place up too much, but these days I'm mostly into selling vintage and collectible stuff. So if you're looking to a) keep busy, and b) de-clutter, you might want to look into that as an option.
