Should a baby be aborted if it becomes dangerous for the mother as in medical illness? who should be sacrificed as both lives are important?

if there's no chance of survival for the baby and mother then its a really hard decision to make. Though my aunt's friend was advised to abort her baby, her only chance to have one ( and this was 20 plus years ago), she opted to keep her baby and now his in his early 20's and will soon start a family. My aunt friend really kept the fight to keep her only child and it paid off.

To suggest that a woman's life has the same value as a non-viable pregnancy is insulting. If the woman chooses to risk her life, that's her choice. But for anyone else to think they should make that choice for her is wrong.

In such a case I would say that its right to abort if the situation is so complex that the mother has less than 25% chane of surviving the pregnancy . Otherwise i don't support it.
