It is reported that crying is good for health. It relieves one of tension. Sadly I hardly see men crying depriving them of a stress reliever. Probably that could be the reason why they go for other alternatives such as smoking and drinking Do you cry a lot?

Not very often. I'm not afraid to when I need to, but because I know alternitives that don't involve smoking or drinking, the tension doesn't build very often.

Suppressing tears is not good and you seem to know that

@allknowing Yeah. I do. There are situations where I might, but not because I'm suppressing the emotion that caused them. I just listen to my body, and let it decide.

I can't cry if I tried. I think it is just testosterone or something.

Why not now? It is good for your health. You do not have to do it in public
