In India we do have few choices but I prefer only two websites Amazon or flipkart and I also compare prices on both. The reason I choose only these two because they are best and have full refund policy and return policy along with good customer service. Which is your Go To Website To make online purchases and why?

Amazon is not so popular here. We have Shopee and Lazada here. I use Lazada often since I have good experience with sellers.

What's most important is your experience so it's nice if you are enjoying it

For me it is this two as well. Though I have an Paytm account since many years, I haven't purchased anything from PaytmMall. TataCliq also seems to be a promising new entry into the market but I always forget to check it when buying anything.

@Butterfingers Snapdeal have lost the battle. It emerged along with Flipkart but couldn't compete.

I rarely purchase anything online these days. No thanks to the pandemic. I usually use mobile apps more often though. Like Grab Food and also other delivery service apps. I buy food online more often nowadays unlike before. But heck I still buy from the supermarket as much as I can.

I visit sites of nearby stores to give them some business. Both the sites you have mentioned are top picks.
