Good morning I hope you are all good today, this morning the office invites officers for the Indonesian Red Cross to carry out blood donation activities for employees which are intended to supply city blood bags, so if there are people who need blood it will be very easy to fulfill from the stock of the Indonesian Red Cross, I have been vaccinated twice and it is more than 60 days after the vaccine Have you ever donated blood? image : google

maybe you can donate your blood in the future, but before blood donation there is a check of weight, blood pressure, hemoglobin by the officer, if all is well, then blood donation is allowed

No. I can't because of possible health complications that could be passed on.

@averygirl72 it's not scary, not too sick, before donating your blood will be checked first, from a body weight of at least 50kg, blood pressure, if everything is normal, they take a little blood from your finger, and if it's too runny they won't take your blood, if it's too thick too same, they are looking for a really normal condition, after that they will take your blood For weight under 60 kilograms, blood can be taken about 300 – 350 cc. "As for donors who weigh above 60 Kilograms, 400-450 cc can be taken, after that you will not feel weak, because they will provide blood-boosting vitamins, biscuits and milk.

I used to donate blood every time there was a blood drive in my city. I can't anymore because I've had cancer so they won't accept my blood now.

So then you are planning on donating some blood to your local red cross? No I've never donated before but I'm somewhat anemic.

Yes local red cros, I always do this activity every 2-3 months, blood donation does not come suddenly but there is an initial examination, such as age limits, weight, blood pressure, blood conditions, if anemia is not allowed by the officers.
