Have you tried Chicken with Soy Sauce?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a very nice weather. Sunny and warm air. I had a good morning walk and a video dancing exercise. I will have another walk later and might have another exercise with my mom 
Today, I miss this dish so much as my mother always prepares this to us when we were young. In the Philippines we call this dish Chicken Adobo. It is boiled with soy sauce and vinegar. My style is I fry the chicken first before adding the soy sauce and vinegar. It is best served with steamed rice

Fish and chips for me today, I had chicken yesterday. I love chicken because it is versatile and you can do lots of different dishes with it.

I tried many chicken varieties in hotels , i dont know in which they add soya sauce , but i like soya sauce taste , i like in chicken fired rice

No, I've never had that but I'd be willing to try it.

I particularly like using homemade spices a lot.
If I use ready-made seasonings, the health risk is great, as they have substances that harm our health.
