The Best Nap

Today at nsp time, I decided to read before I went to sleep. I have thus rocking chair in my bedroom, so I thought I'd sit in the chair instead of lying down. I tell you rocking and reading and I began began to nod. I am not one that nod. Begin I knew it I was asleep, the phone woke me up. Maybe the rocking back and forth relaxed me so much until I just dozed off. Been had that chair for years, never just rock and read before.

I did not know that using a rocking chair is one way to go to sleep fast.

I have problems sleeping anyhow, I have to take medication to help me sleep. Today it was up in the day, too early for meds. I didnt know it until today but it was the best nap. For real. As my saying goes, it don't get no better than that.

The rocking motion, alone, is naturally soothing. Perhaps that played a role?
