Honey is very good for health. Good that you found an organic one. I get it from the farms of my friend. She has bee culture and mushroom culture too along with fruits and veggies.

@prashu228 I do not take much of it being diabetic but when I have a sweet craving I prefer it over sugar. I add it more for my dessert preparation and baking that I do for my family. We all avoid refined sugar as much as possible.

Yes, we love honey. We don't use it that often but it certainly has quite a few good uses.
My husband bought a jar a couple of months ago from a produce stand. It's very smooth and easy to use.

Honey is used in cakes , this is new to me. What is the speciality of pale yellow honey? Recently when I started studying about honey, I found many colours available , pale yellow, dark brown, light brown, I really didn't get the difference between them..

@prashu228 The taste is different and in cakes the better is the pale yellow because it has no aftertastes. Honey is used in cake that have long rising time, it helps. I use honey to make Panettone as an example.We can also substitute sugar with honey in many cakes, it is healthier.

I always buy this type of honey. But to be honest I have a friend who keeps bees, so I have easy access, and I know it's what it is supposed to be, no additives, etc. Enjoy it! It's great in teas.

Earlier, we used to get really good honey. I cannot still forget the taste of that honey. But now, I do not know where we can get pure natural honey. There are shops which claim to give natural honey. I have bought one such bottle, but it was not tasty. I am sure it was not pure honey.

I love it. Yes natural ones is better. It will make digestion and act as a fat burner if you taking it in empty stomach.
