Money does buy happiness.

happiness is a state of mind. And that can be affected by the external things like food, jewellery, car, money etc. People usually say that money can't buy happiness but is it really true? As per my practical experience, people do feel happy when they have lots of money. Though that happiness might be short lived, but it is still better than the life having lots of trouble without money. what do you say?

Money can buy happiness. Can you provide any example where people are not happy with money?

I don't think money buys happiness. What it DOES do is provide comfort, and sometimes that can lead to being a bit happier. People who struggle with money tend to not be happy simply because their lack of money puts them into a bit of a state of confinement and despair. They can't afford to do anything or go anywhere, and they live in major fear of a financial catastrophe that can put them farther and farther behind the 8 ball, spending every waking moment just trying to survive having no freedom to actually live.

@konvicted1911 How much does it cost you to have those things?

@Jlyn10 I have given only one example. In our everyday life we require lots of things for our happiness which costs something. That is the main zest of my example.

My friend always say, “money makes the world go round.” It’s a necessity. You can improve your life because of money.

Money is so essential in our lives, so in the absence of money many bad things come out in the mind to survive, but when there is money, there is happiness. Money cannot buy happiness, but a facilitator of happiness.

If you have money life is more easy compare to without. It is a headache to go to your neighbor or call a friend just to borrow money if you don't have.

Everything in moderation is good. It's not always that people having lots of money are happy. It depends upon your thinking, lifestyle, how you use money wisely
