How does the myLot alogarithm work?

I think those who will create and respond to a good discussion and those who will write more will get more earnings and also those who will spend more time on mylot.....................

It doesn't work any different to normal. It's just there to stop people posting short, pointless discussions and posts esp. one word answer posts. MyLot give the people giving one word answers just because they know they will get money, less money and give more money to the people that write more lengthy worthwhile posts :)
