Yes i bit my fingernails but no i have no idea how to stop, Although i have heard of a nail polish type thing that you put on your nails and when you naste this nail polish it is so horrible it is spose to stop you from wanting to bit your finger nails! I get married next year and want long nails i think i will need to get fake nails so then they will be long lol!

use a bitter transparent nail polish.so when ever u bite u vll feel the taste and quit ot apply somthing bitter on ur finger tips .

Yes. As long as you bite your finger nails, no body will tell you anything. Now to stop biting your finger nails, you ask somebody to sit beside and bite their finger nails. After you start getting kicks, you will stop biting.
