I Am on My Summer Schedule

Well, my summer is here, and for the next 2 months--more or less--I am on my summer schedule. That means I am working less and reading and writing more. It feels great. I am teaching 3 days a week and writing 2 days a week--during much of the school year, I teach 6 days a week and write on many of those same days. I am always glad for the downtime. Today was a busy Monday, 5 lessons. But over the next 3 days, I only have a couple of blogs to write. So I can sleep in a bit--and then read--that is my favorite part of summer--right now I am reading a great book--Winter Peopke by Jennifer McMahon. Beautifully written, and cross in genres. I hope you all have some downtime over the summer and enjoy--

You have a great schedule there. Reading and writing...well I would enjoy doing that in my vacation time. Summer vacation is over and I am back to teaching at school. It's virtual online classes here.

@arunima25 I miss teaching in person as well--I am watching how the Covid numbers go--I am hoping to slowly return to some in-person this fall--but it all depends on how the Delta variant goes

@divalounger I am missing my fun filled interactive physical class. Online is okay but no where close to physical school.

I thought I would get more writing done--but reading is about where I am at right now--

Things have slowed down a bit for me as well, an I OK with that. What kinds of lessons are you teaching?
