What do you think about N.Korea's nuclear weapon test issue?

I am strongly against their test and theory.They are trying to build more military system than taking care of poor people in their country.They think that country that against N.Korea is all enemy.I have so many question marks against what they do to their own country,civilian and other countries. I am not saying that people from N.Korea is bad,I just don't like and can't agree with N.Korea's government and contry's reaction.
