Why Overwhelm Myself Right Now?

When I started working today, I had planned to do more than my usual amount. Way, way more than my usual amount. I thought it’d be great for my earnings. However, I decided to just stick to a reasonable amount of work today. I looked at all the work I had written out and felt overwhelmed. I knew I’d wind up procrastinating and losing my focus, and then I’d beat myself up over not getting everything done. On top of that, there are a few things I want to do before I head to bed for the night, such as a few mat exercises and a facial mask. If I stuck to the original plan, I’d be working all the way up to bedtime (or later). Plus, I’d like to actually relax before falling asleep tonight. Eventually, I want to start doing more work per day, but not out of nowhere or when I already got a late start on things. For today, I think it would be better to just stick to a reasonable amount rather than overwhelm myself. With that being said, I’m gonna get back to my work, but I’ll be back soon for my best post. See ya, everyone. :) Photo Credit: Pixabay.

That sounds just like me, I have made a schedule of the kind of writing I want to look for and hopefully do in July and push myself even more, Otherwise right now I am making much too little,

For me, I'm doing the opposite of pushing myself. I do want to eventually push a little harder and make more, but forcing it hasn't been helping me. It's just going to make me hit the wall. I hope July is a better writing month for you!
