How long has it been since you last went to cinema,i plan to watch a movie in cinema this weekend.

It has been a really long time since i last went to cinema,this weekend i plan to go to cinema for 4D movie,it was said people need wear 4D glasses for 4D movie.I hardly can think when i last have been in a cinema,maybe 6years ago,maybe longer times ago.I forgot the taste of siting in a cinema.Nowadays,if i wanna watch a movie,just starting computer and watching movie online,so never have been to a cinema.but this weekend,one friend invited me to cinema.I think the taste of watching in a cinema is different from home.especially a bunch of people watched movie together,the ambience is different from home.So i accept invitation.Hope i can spend a wonderful movie time in cinema just like before.Dear mylotters,did you miss old cinema time,how long has it been since you last went to cinema?

I only got to watch 3D, and that was many years ago.
I don't watch movies very often so cinema is usually not a big deal for me.

@sabtraversa ,yes,it's different from the situation watching movie at home,family cinema is free,you know.
but going to public cinema occasionally is not bad.

We want to find different experience at a cinema,we are unable to watch 4D at home theater.It is charm and advantage of a cinema.

Wow that is a very long time
I would say for me it’s been about 2 years since I’ve gone to a movie theater

When pandemic broke out,all cinemas are closed down here,but now all cinemas re-opened because the pandemic was nearly ended.We can breathe free air now.

see,because in the case of pandemic,we still take risk if going to cinema.I will wear mask when entering the cinema.

We took our kids a few weeks ago after school got out for summer. Took them to see Peter Rabbit 2. They where thrilled it was the first Movie since last year the they got to see in theater and the theater we went to have a signed seats so we had a whole row to our selves

@jefferson126 the kids always love going to the movies and we get them popcorn and a shareable drink. When we went we paid $3 because we had gift cards movie plus my hi Ana d had birthday roll over from last year and this year which gave him 2 free tickets and then a free popcorn. We use our rewards every time we got to the movie it comes in handy.

I'd have to say 18 years ago. I just couldn't justify the cost, you can watch movies for basically free. So that's why I haven't really returned.

It made sense,entering cinema cost some money,but watching on the website is completely free,For this sake,i indeed seldom went to cinema at normal times.but this time,i wanna to retrieve the feeling of cinema with friend.

My last time in a theater was 1994.
I used to go quite often as a kid and in my teen years but I watched an undercover program that showed how filthy the seats are in theaters and I just lost interest.
I wait for movies to be discounted and then I purchase them. I have been doing it this way for decades.
I have over 700 dvd's now. I usually pick up a couple a month from the three dollar bin.

I also collected DVD many years ago,but since i had loptop,no longer no that again.instead,i like download some interesting movie from website,and save them in my loptop.those didn't occupy any real space.I didn't need a carton for dvds.but still recall past DVD times occasionally,lol.

I have space enough to store all the cases, so that isn't an issue.
I have some movie files on the computer too and you're right, they take up no space to store.
