Finally, I Got It

I had a good walk this morning. I remembered my camera and got six pictures of the deer above and two others that looked interesting too, not a deer. I was ready to give up this day to a 'go figure' day. Seems to happen when I remember the camera and there's nothing to take a picture of. I did see a rabbit before I saw the deer and was ready to take a picture of it. It was too fast. It's been a good day so far. I'm finally caught up with my notifications. After my walk in a few minutes for this hour's steps, I will get to work on Vendetta. I have a picture that just might become a book cover one day. Okay, that's my day so far. @dgobucks226 Animals sometimes seem to understand that you want to take a photo. Two days ago I arrived to take this "macro" photo of a cricket (real size less than half inch), I have the feeling it looked at me.

Thank you. I was almost back to the complex when I saw this beauty. There's a patch of protected land right behind the complex and across from the one I'll be moving to. It's where I've seen most of the deer and a couple of times on the trail. Having the laundry finished is good.

@S4mmyboy I'm pretty good with wild animals. A squirrel at my cabin sniffed my nose a couple of years ago. But I have never petted a wild deer.

That’s a super deer photo! They are such timid creatures, but this one stopped to look at you and pose.

What a great shot. Usually when I try to take a photo of a hummingbird or other wildlife their gone before I can get them in focus. I did entice this blue jay to stay put with some bird seed. Would of been nicer if he turned around
