I think that belief in god is only the continued anthropomorphization of a symbol of hope for human kind. Belief in gods started with ancient people trying to understand the universe and seasons in order to more easily survive. This continued in the form of polytheistic societies until much further along the line, more recently, many culters changed to monotheism. Henceforth came the one god religions... Nobody can ever say they see evidence of god without following it with something like 'but evidence to me may not be evidence to you', or 'but you just have to have faith'. Is faith not just blindly following something that there is no evidence of. I think 'faith' is an excuse to have something to blame for your problems. "its part of his plan". And somebody to give credit to when you accomplish something great. "all thanks to god". I went to church for 19 years and when i began asking questions, nobody could answer them. Because christians and religions in general dont make any sense.

In my opinion, it's harder to NOT believe than to believe. I mean, we people may not necessarily believe in the same god but it's difficult to NOT trust in something more powerful, something greater than us, something DIVINE. So yes, I believe in God. By the way, I think there's a quote which says, God is known by many names.

Yeah, I definitely do. I feel that I can see evidence of His work everywhere. But, of course, the "evidence" that I see might not be evidence to someone else. I can't imagine my life without God.
