Well, we got the sand storm already. It's gone and the stuff on the line that was drying will have to be rinsed dammmmmit

We got that 3 minute rainfall I'm so used to. But hopefully it'll rain some more later, at least we have the clouds I guess that's something. So what's your weather like? I figured you'd get a kick outta these huskies.

It started storming last night and ripped down some of my climbing vines. I'll have to see what I can do about them tomorrow if the rain stops for a little while. (At least there aren't any flood warnings for my area yet.) The temp has been in the low 70s all day and is dropping. It felt chilly when I opened the front door a little bit ago. The weather app on my phone says it's 68F with a real feel of 64F. I hope you get some more rain.

Not yet but the night is young. Damn, that's downright cold. It's 86f here with 34% humidity so the swamp cooler isn't working all that well. I hope you'll get a day of pure sunshine to dry up some of the wet stuff and give you time to fix the vines.

I don't care much for temps in the 60s but will admit that sometimes it can be refreshing I'd be happy if the temps stayed between 70f and 90f.

@rebelann I just don't want you to get enough that it washes you away. If it wasn't raining, I'd love the temps we've been having. (Pretty is running an electric heater in her room now. I shut off the air conditioner for her but that wasn't enough.) The weather app says three more days of rain before we get three days of sun. I just don't want the vines damaged before I can work with them.

that video made me laugh out loud (and people wondered if I had finally lost it)! i can't imagine the frustration of a sand storm adding sand to clothes. you have to fines them careful I would bet or you get sand where you don't want sand!

Right now we're in a rainy season. Rains come usually early in the morning or late in the afternoon. It's good if it's in the evening for it's cool.

It seems to be somewhat similar here. Usually this part of the desert gets the most rain between June 20th and July 10th so getting rain this late in July is unusual.

It is not as hot as usual here yet but they have predicted it could go as high as 34c before the end of the day. It is cloudy so hopefully it will bring us a little rain.
