*** Your Horoscope This Week: July 18, 2021 Aquarius Sun & Aquarius Rising Carving out space for yourself in relation to others can feel like scooping at a muddy shore. You dig deep, you settle — then the waves come and reshape the hole. Sometimes you feel constricted, sometimes you get dragged. Apparently, there’s an impulse within humans to share our lives with others and to make room where room wasn’t — even if our attempts aren’t always successful. The days leading up to the Aquarius full moon might have you questioning your commitment to that impulse, and wondering if you’re better off alone on a rock somewhere. It’s important that you choose your position out of desire, not resignation. Do you long for the rock? Or the challenge of the dig? *** Have you ever read your Horoscope and said to yourself, "Self! Sir (Or Ma'am, as the case may be), that seems to be eerily accurate?" I'm not talking about the high-priced personalized Astrological Services you can get. I'm talking about the Horoscopes you find in newspapers, magazines and now, websites ((Kids, ask your great grandparents what newspapers and magazines are)). The No-Nonsense, Common Sense Down To Earth types among us always brush off these instances ((And many other strange happenings)) with "explanations" like this, "It's just the Law Of Large Numbers. Nothing strange or wonderous about it at all." I always answer them with something akin to the following, "Really? You live in a Universe where you can change the outcome of an experiment simply by observing it and Entangled Particles continually break the most fundamental Law Of Physics by transmitting information faster than C (The Speed Of Light) and yet you believe that something like Mass-Market Astrology can just be brushed under the carpet when it appears to be right?" Just in case, it isn't already clear, I find The Law Of Large Numbers to be nothing more than a security blanket for those who can't handle the real truth about the Universe. On the surface, it makes sense but when you start digging, the whole thing collapses. Those are very big topics that I could talk about forever so before it gets out of hand, I'll just nip it in the bud and move onto my next point. And my next point is that Mass-Produced Astrology is sometimes right. We don't know how or why but instead of pretending that it's just a fluke, we should be looking for explanations. And it's not just Mass-Produced Astrology. That's just my main topic today. There are tons of things that we don't understand because we've decided to dismiss them with words like "Coincidence."
