Opening my own brew pub

My husband and I are hoping to open a brew pub with some friends within the next couple of years...anyone have any experience with this?

I think that would be awesome. I don't have any experience in this but I do think it's cool. My hubby and I were just talking last week about opening up our own wing place in our town. It's nice to dream.
