August 2 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today was different. Today was good. 
I'm thankful I'm still awake. I woke at midnight and got up at 1:15. I gave up on getting back to sleep.
I'm thankful I finished the notifications before 4 AM. It's been busy since.
I'm thankful I got to the Y for a good workout in the pool.
I'm thankful I got my bananas this morning and a few more items I'm out of or running out of. Also, have a church picnic on Sunday to plan for.
I'm thankful for the hour and a half nap I got when I got home from shopping.
I'm thankful I got my walk on the trail when I got up and now have all my fitness goals completed for today.
I'm thankful for clouds. On one of my walks around the complex, I grabbed my camera and got 18 cloud pictures. One is posted above.
I'm thankful for finishing Vendetta today. Tomorrow, I start the publishing process. One last read-through and Vendetta will be a book.

That was a very eventful and productive day. It's a lot of things to be thankful for.
I'm thankful I managed to avoid getting to wet from today's thunderstorms. I hate when that happens.

Congrats on finishing up your book! That is awesome!
I'm thankful that this storm did not hit us full blast. Looked out the window and very black coming our way. Weather station put out notice saying winds up to 30 mph. We got a bit of thunder and light rain only! Very lucky there.

Beautiful photo of clouds. Sounds like you have it going on today. I'm thankful that I don't have to go out today. Glad I saw my husband yesterday. Thankful for cooler weather. Thankful dinner is almost done. Thankful for a not do so hectic day.
