The other day, before reporting to work I already feel the uncomfortable effects of the hot weather. I report at noon and it's understandable that the sun is at it's peak that time. I sweat a lot but while on my way to the office, I feel thirst and then a sudden drying of my mouth. I even felt numbness in my upper extremities just before I got to open the office door as well as a bit of shaking in my hands. I immediately grab a glass of water and drink it. It took several minutes before I was relieved on that situation and I was worried that it will land me to the hospital. The heat during this time is much harder to bear or maybe my body is just changing that it would difficult for it to adjust.

Best to have an umbrella so you have something to shield yourself from the not rays of the sun. Also best to wear loose and comfortable clothing when outside. Plus, bring bottled water so you are always hydrated.

Hmm . Maybe you need to ask a doctor why you felt that. So you will know what to do next time. So you can prevent it also.

You need to be careful because the humidity can really make us feel weak

Drink a lot of water and always bring water with you, and yes bring an umbrella too. It's hard to go to the hospital nowadays, they are not going to let you in even in the emergency room unless you've swab and got tested negative. And beside it is really not the time to get sick, drink a lot of vitamins, 1 with zinc and 1 vitamin c everyday.
God bless and have a great day.

Here we're advised not to go out between 10 a.m to 4 p.m because that's the time when heat is usually at its peak. The most important thing is to stay hydrated.

Extreme heat can disturb body temperature, it can even make people have convulsions. In India there are even those whose bodies must be watered every time to avoid overheating, don't forget to leave the house using an umbrella, this will be useful to make it more comfortable
