Hi All!! From few days, I am having knee pain!! May be it is because of I sit by crossing my legs and study.. Or may be I exercised half an hour extra which involved lot of jumping!! Or may be I drank 250ml of thumbs up at one go after eating naan and paneer butter masala!! I don't know what's the reason! So, I took 3 days of rest and did not exercise thinking that the soreness will go away naturally! But nope, it still feels pathetic! I have my exams lined up to hang me till death.. Before that, I ordered many stuffs from flipkart and amazon, returned few products, exchanged few products! I am mostly sleepy and have to study! So spending less time online! I have more 3 cents away from $5. Everything is else is sorted out except my health, my life and my career!! HOW ARE YOU HOLDING UP?

I am sorry to know about your knee pain. Hope you have enough calcium and Vitamin D in your body. Eating seeds like pumpkin and sesame help with joint health and pain. There is an exercise that helps me. Sit straight and stretch your legs. Put a rolled soft towel under your knees. Now take deep breath, tighten muscles of thighs and sheen. Press the towel..Hold it to your capacity and then breath out. Repeat it 10_15 times at your pace. Doing it regularly helps strengthen the muscles and relieves pain. I hope it helps.

@anya12adwi It should help. Take good care of your health. I guess you are too young and any healing will take less time.

Sorry about that. I hope you get to know the reason why you have knee pain. Why not drinking some body pain reliever to help you out with the pain. Have a great day I keep on praying and that helps me through out the day

Hope a proper rest will make your knee fine. I am about 80 cents less than $5 but I am sure I will make it at the last.

Refrain eating acidic foods to avoid knee pain. You might have high body acid. Also do not eat shrimps and crabs for they contain metal and mercury causing a forever arthritis.

@anya12adwi , there are fruits and veggies not good for acidic person like string beans, all kinds of beans, all kinds of nuts, root crops, pineapple, apple, cucumber , vinegar, junk foods, all salty foods , bad, all sugary foods bad for a knee pain. I learned this from my cousin a medical doctor.

Yikes! That’s a long time for knee pain. When I taught modeling, we told the girls not o cross their legs. Jumping and running are also bad for the knees. Feel better soon and good luck with your exams.

@anya12adwi For modeling, unless you have thin calves, you can cross your legs. If not, cross at the ankles. Medically, crossing the legs cuts off circulation.
