I Just Got Bitten!!

I was standing out on the deck watching Charlie (our pet chipmunk that I told you about few days ago when I felt something. I was no where near the ground, so I had no idea what it could be. The next thing I felt was a stinging sensation. Now that really got my attention. I glanced down to see a ladybug on my leg having a good munch. I had heard that they bite, but it had never happened to me so I really wasn't paying attention... until today. For such a little bug, it can really take a bite. Have you been bitten by a lady bug and now I'm wondering if all ladybugs bite or is it just a specific few?

I didn't realize that they bite! JJ could be right. Those Asian Beetles were around in the thousands about 20 years ago.

Do lady bug really bite? I've never experienced and heard that it does. Anyways hope you heal soon.

Ouch, no I have never been bitten by a ladybug, and hope not to be. I hope it heals quickly for you with no lasting effects.
