What are you having for lunch today?

For me, lunch is the biggest meal of the day. So maybe I should ask you what you are having for dinner.
I am planning on making some rice and having some sauteed veggies to go with it.
I am thawing for tomorrow a chicken that I will roast so today meals will be vegetarian. I am eating a lot less meat now and almost nothing of red meat unless I have a wonderful barbecue with delicious thick steaks.
I am getting very much worried about the planet and I am not leaving for tomorrow what I can do today. In my country, all of a sudden, many laws about caring of the planet are being finally put to practice.
The peels of veggies that will not be eaten by Luna go to a compost bag that now is easy because such bags come with our groceries. You fill the bag, make a hole in the garden, dump the bag and cover. And that´s it.

I had a good and wholesome lunch today which contained cumin rice, lentil soup, capsicum and cottage cheese,wheat bread, vermicelli,2-3 types of sweets and 2 3 more things that i forgot

Our city manager started a recycling center for plastic items. We are fortunate to be able to save plastic containers, that are being recycled! Old food or peelings, animals out in the woods gobble them up:) I had sardines, toast&honey, coffee for lunch:)

I’m at a Tex-Mex restaurant, eating a chicken salad. I’m usually here on Sundays (not next week, though, because we have our state championship golf tournament next week).

That's cool that a compost bag comes with your groceries. I had leftovers from my husband's 80th birthday celebration at Longhorn Steakhouse (see post).
