Help me! Give your response and help me and other moms decide. I am at the door of a tough choice: whether to quit my job and become a full time mom, or keep on balancing between work and baby. It is not that easy as it seems, I am thinking so far: who needs me more: my boss or my baby? What will become of my personality: nothing to talk to with my friends other than kid's topics? And how is it going to feel to have no financial independence at all?

Take the transition little by little and for every move have some back-up plan and alternative plan. That's for your own safety. Good luck

If I could figure a way to stay home and earn enough money I would, I really miss my kid. She does love going to day care and playing but sometimes she says mommy I want to stay home with you...it breaks my heart

I am a working mother. I've thought about being a full time mom, but really, my job is my adult time. Plus, it's good for my son to have the interaction with other kids. He has fun in daycare. I wouldn't do that to him or myself.

What about working a online job. That way you can bring in money and spend time with your baby, or maybe you can work you current job part time. Good luck to you!
