headache, vertigo, hot head flash

Hi guys watsup!? guys have you experience these before? last few months I had a headache in my right head and vertigo, and my head is releasing hot air pressure and I feel all my hair in my head is erecting, I took a shower because of too much heat in my head but only a few minutes my hair is already dry. I really hate dizziness and vertigo it feels like I am in a cast of spell everything I see is spinning.., I didn't consulted a doctor, I was Just in bed for more than 2 weeks, drinking only paracetamol for headache and antibiotic. I have no idea what kind of sickness or illness is these, I searched online but it says it is a flash hot that only happen to women when they reach menopause period, but I'm not a woman. do you guys experienced the same thing before?
