A roommate just told me to lie to you when talking about myself. What made her say such a comment? I am not telling you everything about myself. But the whole point is that this is a discussion forum. Am I right?

Sometimes I wonder if we discuss things with people who put a different face forward online (like on mylot) than what they do in reality.

@Spontaneo I wonder if the people we talk to on a daily basis here are telling the truth or if they are lying about who they are, what they do etc. It's possible.
