A Utah 4th grader making a difference in Provo

Emi Kim who is a fourth grader who attends Grade Westridge Elementary School in Provo Utah is one young girl who impresses me for desire to raising money via selling lemonade and baked goods stand to raise money to buy books for the school library.
Emi who is of Asian ancestry used the money that she raised with the help of her mother and aunt to buy books that deal with persons of different races to prove that prejudices are based on fear of what we humans do not know about.
Thanks to the success of the lemonade and baked goods sales, Emi was able to buy 15 books for her school and 60 more books for four school districts in her area.
Emi is a type of young lady that can teach us adults to learn how to love another with mutual respect instead of trying to divide over petty issues.
