A quiet mind

I am amazed at how when my mind is quiet everything around me works just the way I want it to be but having a quiet mind is quite difficult when I always have keep paying attention to everything around me. Especially in places when I'm needed.

You are right. When you are calm and composed things fall into right places. But then it is so tough to have a calm and quiet mind. Meditation helps a lot.

@SaranyaWhite Meditation strengthens our vagus nerve and parasympathetic system. It not only calms the mind but also makes our immunity strong and healthy.

I use guided meditation on YouTube by Bob Baker or Nimja, sometimes it helps to make me calmer, to stay focus, to quiet the mind so I can finish my work. It's not always working, but I think it's good.

Thank you, I'm going to check out the video. I sometimes love watching happy baby videos, it's quite meditative :)

Yes. It is really hard to have a quiet mind especially when you need to do many things everyday but we can still find time to have a break from all of the things.

Most of the time the break would be after I finish. Trying to find the courage to take a break when I want it. I wish time could help me :D
